Employment law



Employment law is regulating relations between employers and employees. It prevents workers of being discriminate, assures a minimum salary, pevents employees of being dismissed without some essential cause. Employment law also guarantees equal positions for men and women.

Employment Protection Act gives workers right to recompense if they are made unemployed dishonest. The right to return to work after having the baby also gives the same Act. EC employment law gives great protection to employees and is trying to harmonize employment rights.

There are some distinctions between Japan and Western countries employment law. Employees are working hard and longer than workday is withuot any overtime payment in Japan. However, they are dedicated to their work and loyal to employers.
